2015 Holiday Gift Guide - Men's Underwear

It's that time of year again, time to figure out what to give your man for the holidays. If you're like me, it's still fairly warm out and you haven't even begun to start thinking about gifts yet alone buying them. But Christmas is less than two weeks away, so you better start planning! Underwear is a pretty traditional gift for the holiday, but it doesn't have to be boring. With our help, your man will be excited to receive undies this Christmas. Here's some of our favorites this year for your man:

• Kiniki - Our friends at Kiniki have recently launched a new collection entitled Allure. This collection is the perfect mix of sexy and comfy to spice things up with your man. We are particularly fond of the cage micro briefs (shown).
• Bum Chums - The British brand has brought us a bunch of new undies perfect for the holidays with their new collection. We love the "Christmas jumper collection" - a fun mix of kitsch and chic.

• Ken Wroy - Perfect for the man who loves something a little more stylish but still likes traditional fits. The new skylines collection is fun yet functional. We love the new metallic waistbands. If your man is more of a traditionalist, you can get the metallic waistband on the new solid colors as well. 
• Tani - For the man who loves luxury, Tani is the ultimate underwear. They pride themselves in combining the best in fabric, form and function. While they are a little spendy, these undies will definitely become one of your man's favs. 
• Stardom - Is a great new collection that brings a fresh take to basics. The royal trunks have become one of my go-tos, but really you can't go wrong with anything from these guys. Note, they are sized a little small. 
• Obviously - Obviously has upgraded their range recently with several new pouch sizes to fit every size anatomy. For the bigger man check out AnatoMAX, otherwise turn to AnatoFREE for a more standard fit.

2014 Holiday Gift Guide - Men's Underwear

Still looking for a holiday gift for that special someone? Why not upgrade his drawers this holiday season? Back in the day the standard Christmas gift was socks and underwear (albeit boring, plain undies). Why not continue that tradition, but bring it into the modern era with stylish undies for your man? Here's some of our favorites that stand out this year:

aussieBum has long been one of our favorites and this year is no different. Why not get your man some updated classics with aussieBum's Lockerboy range. 

Bawbags is a new favorite of ours. Their 'cool de sacs' range is perfect for the sportsman in your life who loves a good print. Also their funky patterned base layers will be sure to keep him warm this winter. 

Body Aware is a great option for the man who likes to be a little sexy. Get naughty with these sexy lace briefs. 

Cocksox is a perennial favorite. They've made lots of new products this year, one of our favorites is their new striped sports brief. 

Croota is definitely an underrated Australian brand. But that doesn't mean you should shy away. They have some great undies for your man, like their new Sprinkles trunk - perfect for the body and fashion-conscious man. 

Ken Wroy is a newer brand hailing from NYC that's really making a splash on the scene. We just love the variety of fun, bright prints. The fit of their briefs is superb! 

Mckillop wear should definitely be mentioned. This made-to-order brand offers a great selection of sexy basics. We love the way they play with opacity in their Bespoke collection. 

Obviously is another great for the guy who likes comfort and is maybe a little more endowed than average. Their collection is comfy and classic. While not new, their metallic collection is worth mentioning. 

Smuggling Duds is a fun brand to gift. For the guy that's jealous of all the stuff girls manage to carry in their bra, now men can do the same with these "stash pants". Check out their new super stealth range. 

Supawear always offers something fresh with their unique cuts and color combos. We are in love with their Diamond Dash range, great for the guy who is a little more adventurous with his wardrobe. 

Teamm8 is another brand worth noting. While seemingly simple, this collection is sexy. We endorse their bolt jock. 

2eros has done an awesome refresh of their collection this year. Their new vivid series is absolutely superb.

Holiday Gift Guide 2013

It's that time of year again; time to get everyone gifts.  I'm sure like me, you are all pressed for time. Well don't worry, we have an excellent holiday gift guide. So if you're looking to get that special man in your life some new underwear this holiday season, look no further. And hey, underwear is the gift that keeps on giving because you'll get to enjoy them on your man as well!

Ken Wroy underwear is a new line hailing from New York. They just released some awesome new patterns that come in both brief and trunk designs. The fabrics they use are oh-so-comfy. And the fresh prints are sure to turn heads.

Male Basics is another great pick this holiday season. They have a great new geometric collection that plays off of traditional patterns (chevron, houndstooth, etc.) in bold new ways. There are a lot of styles to choose from.

Kiniki Berkeley Thong

Kiniki is not for the faint of heart. This sexy collection brings a lot of new prints updated for 2014. They specialize in skimpy, form-fitting cuts that are both body flattering and sexy. This brand makes some of my favorite thongs. 

M+R Woof brief

Marek + Richard

Marek + Richard has been a favorite of mine this past year. Their undies are just a lot of fun! The brand is very bold and playful. I especially love the Game Boyz and Woof collections. They have everything from modest styles that cover to bold styles that reveal. 

Mack Weldon brief

I recognize that some men are not as bold as I, and that's where Mack Weldon fits. They have awesome basics that are great for any man. I especially love their briefs; they fit well and keep me comfortable all day. They aren't my favorite in terms of appearance, but they are great basics.

New Brand Alert: Ken Wroy

Ken Wroy is a trendy new men's underwear line.  Founded by Vasumathi Soundararajan, who has a background in fashion design, the collection is inspired by New York city's spirit of being bold, stylish and electrifying- which comes through in the funky designs and colors of the trunks. The collection has 7 designs for the 7 days and moods of the week. 

Vasumathi tells us they launched in New York as a response to popular anecdotes. Too many (men and women) reported that their partners wore cool clothes and classy suits, but when that came off? Oh Horror! The men's underwear choices were so drab and predictable. They wanted to "fix" that by breaking up the monotony of boring men's undies. Now honestly we've heard this before, so it will be interesting to see what Ken Wroy brings that others haven't.

We think Ken Wroy has made a great start with their fun, funky prints.  And we've got our hands on a pair and they are quite comfy, with oh-so-soft fabric.  We are excited to see more from Ken Wroy soon.  We think a brief is in order as we are often partial to that fit.
