New Energy Collection from Baskit at Jockstrap Central

Baskit has just launched a new collection called Energy now available at Jockstrap Central.  Baskit is famous for their comfort first underwear, their superb use of hi-tech fabrics and their heightened sense of style. Baskit Energy Jocks and JockBriefs include all those qualities and more. 

Starting with the fabric, Baskit has used a stunningly soft 4 way stretch fabric (for fit and expansion where needed) designed to wick moisture while under the hottest of circumstances. 

Energy Jock: A traditional jock, both front and back with a contoured pouch with contrasting high-density overlock stitching mostly as a design element. The one inch wide leg straps are made of Baskit's signature plushed elastic for support and comfort. 

Energy JockBrief: A perfect melding of a brief and jockstrap. While the front is like a typical brief, Contrasting high density overlock stitching not only creating a nice design element but also defining the actual contoured pouch of the garment. The back is essentially a brief fabric back with the ass cut out of it giving it the same great view you'd expect from a jockstrap. 

Finally, the waistband of both the jock and jockbrief features a heavy duty soft and plushed 1 3/4 inch elastic with large repeating Baskit logo throughout. The jock comes in black, riviera blue, super white and gold and the jockbrief comes in black, super white and gold. Both are available now from Jockstrap Central.  And be sure to check out their model Santos as he puts all seven styles through their paces. Also Jockstrap Central informs us that Baskit is discontinuing this particular line, so once they're gone, they're gone for good.

New CORE from 2EROS

Hip underwear brand 2EROS has just launched their latest collection called CORE.  The idea is that it should act as a core for your wardrobe - a good core underwear collection is based on three factors according to 2EROS: comfort, texture, and look.  They believe that they have done just that with this new collection by creating their most comfortable everyday underwear yet. This cut will hug and cover all the necessary bits, but sits low on the waist. They also have chosen the most soft cotton blended with bamboo to give you strength, stretch and breathability.  The collection is available in 3 CORE colors: blue, red, and yellow (also the primary colors).  And it is availble in sizes xs - xl.  The material is an interesting blend of cotton, bamboo, and spandex.  They are available now as briefs for $22.95 a pair.

New Brand/Arrival: Bum Gear

Bum Gear is a relatively new brand of underwear. Their styles embody traditional masculine aesthetic with a touch of the unexpected. They have a number of different collections, but their most prominent is the mesh line (shown). The mesh line encompasses the traditional bold, masculine waistbands and detailing that are typical of men's underwear, but adds an element of surprise with the bold, transparent fabric choices. Sheer underwear is not new in the men's underwear world, but this is the first time I've seen sheer fabrics combined with traditional masculine detailing, making for a very sexy, masculine look. The line comes in boxerbriefs, jockstraps, briefs, and thongs in an array of colors. There is no online store on the Bum Gear website, but they have recently arrived at ABoyStore where they retail for $24-$28 USD.

New from American Eagle

It's official, briefs are back at American Eagle. A couple weeks back it came to my attention that most of the men's underwear at American Eagle was on clearance for 4.95, that got me to thinking that they must have something new up their sleeve as they never have all of it on clearance. My hunch was correct. AE just reintroduced their brief in 7 solid colors, a couple striped patterns, eagle design and camo. Along with the new style, AE has also redesigned the waistband on all their fitted men's underwear (i.e. briefs, boxerbriefs, trunks, etc.). The new band is thicker with a bigger and bolder logo - in keeping with the current waistband trend in men's underwear. This new band first came to my attention when it was seen in a promotional photo on the site a couple weeks ago (peeking above some boardshorts; image shown). The price point has stayed the same on the new undies ($12.50 each or 2 for $20), which is a steal when compared to other fashion-foward underwear. All the new underwear is currently available online and will be available in stores sometime next week.

Introducing Parallel

A while back, aussieBum introduced a boxer short with integrated enhancing technology called the pilobtr. Now they have extended this concept even further with a new line called Parallel. I believe that the cut is exactly the same as the pilobtr, but there are now more color options (all in stripes) and they are made of cotton (instead of satin) so they can be worn everyday. These boxers are very fitted and will show off all your assets superbly, frankly the only reason I am opposed to wearing boxers is because they are so loose and unsupportive, but these boxers solve both those problems. New Innovation: Flashback

Many guys would do anything to get a rounder butt. I know I've had my days when I wish I had a "bubble-butt". Well now Andrew Christian has developed new butt lifting technology that promises to do just that. But this rear-enhancing brief is much different than the other ones out there. Instead of using padding, cups, or straps that are hidden inside, this brief features an invisible lifting support built into the seams of the underwear.
