Beware of this company. They charged my credit card last November and then informed me they could not fill order and would refund me. It is now the end of January and I am still waiting for the refund despite numerous emails. Buyer beware!
Same experience as well in October 2009, waiting two months for a Dealbyethan refund for at item they did not have in stock. They write back that they have some 8,000 items and it's hard to track them all, but I wonder how many of those items are on a shelf ready to ship?
Beware of this company, and instead try to find the brand's website and do business directly! Prices are more often competitive and in many cases shipping is free.
