I just wanted to share with you guys this fun(ny) video of talk show host and comedian Craig Ferguson talking about his underwear and sharing them. He explains that he always tucks his shirt into his undies so that the shirt won't bunch up while on television. He also mentions that it helps hide his large endowment. He even pulls down his pants around 00:24 to reveal black Banana Republic brand boxer briefs.
This brings up an interesting question for discussion: when you get dressed up, do you tuck your shirt into your underpants?

Whenever I'm wearin a suit or dress clothes with my shirt tucked in, I wear my shirt tucked into my briefs or jock - for the reason Furguson joked about... it keeps my shirt from riding up. might look odd to the blokes in the locker room but it works.
Must fess up that i always tuck my shirt into my underpants, and never thought it was out of the ordinary. It is comfortable, warm, and neat, so what is the problem?
No problem with tucking my shirt into my underpants - makes hitching them up much easier, and also for package adjustments without having to drop my jeans.
Started tucking my shirt in my underpants about four years ago when I was in college. Do it all the time now and am very comfortable with it. I wear regular white briefs and it did take me a while to get used to the waistband showing but it doesn't bother me now.
My Gramp, Dad and older brothers all tuck their shirts inside their underpants, and I was brought up to dress the same way. Apparently it stems from the days when underpants did not have elastic waistbands, and therefore they needed to be kept up by braces. Today, fewer guys wear braces, although they are now more commonly seen, but the advantages of neatness, adjustment, and warmth in winter still hold good. Try it, you'll be susprised.
Started tucking my shirt inside my underpants in Secondary school (11-16years), as we were punished if our shirttail ever came out of our trousers. Most of my mates did the same, and as it is certainly an efficient and comfortable method of dressing, most of us still dress this way. Surprisingly, I never got a penalty for flashing my waistband, although this was in days before sagging was fashionable.
I too tuck my shirt into my underpants, and don't see a problem. If anyone catches a glimpse of my waistband elastic, so what. It is always fully on show on washdays on my washline. If you live in a block of flats, there is nowhere to hide, so an unintentional flash is no big deal.
At school I used to retuck my shirt inside my pants every 5 minutes, until I followed my mates method of tucking it inside my UNDERpants. It stayed tucke din all day, and I continue to use this way today. The other alternative to keep neat and tidy is to wear braces, which is becoming quite common nowadays.
Always tuck my shirts in my underpants - so much more comfortable and I actually get a bit of thrill from seeing a bit of waistband showing. Think it's becoming more common again these days so thanks Craig for showing yours!!
I do this since I was a kid (5 years old), now Im 27 and I still tucking my shirt into my boxers at anytime..
I have always tucked my shirt inside my underpants as this is the way all the males in my family have dressed. Never thought anything about it was unusual. It is so easy to adjust both jeans and underpants at the same time, and also to undress in a hurry if necessary. Every guy shows his knickers unintentionally on the odd occasion, so I can't see a problem.
