Aussiebum is giving away cash!

Aussiebum, renowned Austrailian underwear manufacturer, is having a special going on where you can play an online video game called "Riding the Ram" (go to their home page and click on game at the top) and when credit to their online store. It is a pretty easy game to play and it is really easy to win $3AU ($2 US). And you can win up to $8AU ($6US) off your next purchase. You have to get 80,000 points to get $3AU, 150,000 points to get $5AU, and 250,000 points to $8AU. Good luck on the game and don't fall off the ram. It is a pretty fun game and you are inspired to keep playing by the cowboy (that is your character) wearing only his AussieBum briefs that you could win if you do well in the game. The only problem is you can only use one discount code at checkout so you cannot get anything for free. But it is still a cool idea. The contest ends the 31 of October (2006).

Haitus

I am going to have to pause posting to this blog for a while because I need to go underwear shopping, my underwear drawers are empty. (Ok, really I'm just very busy.) I am very sorry for all you underwear fans out there. In the mean time I recommend that you read some of the blogs in the sidebar and check out some of the sites in the sidebar.

Poll Results

As you may have noticed there has been a poll in the sidebar of this blog for a long time. The question is "What is your favorite style of underwear?". The results are all public but I would just like to report on what they are because they are quite interesting. I'd also like to compare them to a survey done by Freshpair . I'd like to note that my sample mainly was targeted at underwear enthusiasts while Freshpair just surveyed every average Joe. My poll showed that briefs were favored (584 votes) closely follwed by thongs (545 votes). Then in third came boxerbriefs (447). I was also surprised that 176 liked boxers and 84 prefer wearing nothing (this is an underwear site people!). Also 23 prefer other (what would that be?). Then in comparison to Freshpair's survey briefs were at the top (same as my poll) 41%, followed by boxerbriefs (27%) and trunks (14%), then boxers and then thongs were in last. I was a bit surprised that briefs were favored by far in both surveys. I was not too surprised about boxerbriefs being in second and third. I was surprised about the huge difference in thongs in both surveys. Well just goes to show, you never really know what your guy friends are wearing underneath until you ask (or they show).

I'm not sure quite what I think about these. But it is an interesting idea to take already made underwear and customize them and then sell them. They can be purchased here (www.confessionsonmy.com). These make an interesting collectible and they are sure to increase in value. If you want them you should hurry because their supplies are limited.

I usually try not to put my underwear preferences into this blog. But I have to say. I really really love boxerbriefs and trunks. I think they are quite possibly the best style out there (I know they are not the same but they are very similar). That being said I think Justus Boyz has a really cool looking line of undies. I have not tried them out (yet), but they look very cool and I think I might just have to try them. And you should to, and then tell me what you think. I am back from my trip and I will blog about the undies I saw at a later date. But right now I am want to tell you about some really sexy undies from Aussiebum. They have been around for a while but I just found them now. The line is called Tutti Fruitti. What they are is bright colors with a floral print. And yet Aussiebum has still managed to make them look masculine despite the feminine touches. I think they look really sexy if just the waistband and a bit of the print is showing (like the photo above). But they also look great completely revealed (below).
