Aubrey Huff Shows Off His Rally Thong

Free agent Aubrey Huff helped lead the San Francisco Giants to victory in the World Series, all thanks to his thong.  He started wearing a red thong under his uniform on August 30 to help keep loosen up the team and keep the atmosphere light.  It seems to have worked.  Huff's thong of choice is a red Papi studded thong.  You can get one from Papi for $14.  In his speech after winning, Huff pulls his thong out of his pants à la Zoolander (without taking off his pants).  Showing his skimpy, red Papis for the world to see!  So whether it was the thong or just talent, Aubrey Huff pulled it off to lead the Giants to a win.  As you can see from the video, Huff's thong sure rallied the crowd!

Question of the day:  What are your thoughts on thong underwear for men?  Would you wear it?  Do you wear it?  What about seeing famous athletes wearing it?

i really like that he did this. I think it will encourage people to be more accepting to the idea of men wearing thongs. it's not just for gay guys, straight men can wear them too.

I agree. I think things like this help to get rid of some of the social stigma surrounding men's thongs.

i think it is just okay for men to wear thongs, as long as feel comfortable

yeah, sean, it's okay for men to wear thongs, but i feel like if we do, we're always worried about people seeing it stick up in the back of our pants, or not being able to wear a thong on your gym days cause you gotta change in front of other men. it just sucks that you can get made fun of in a situation like that, no matter how comfortable you feel.

i agree with the first dude that commented...

Anonymous - I think many other men echo your feeling about being worried to be seen in them. They're comfortable enough to wear and you feel perfectly comfortable wearing them, but it's a little awkward for people to know you're wearing it. Hopefully things like this can change it. And also, I say just flaunt it. Be confident in what you wear and don't worry about what they say. They may start snickering, but if you show them you don't care and have the confidence to pull it off you're going to be the one with the last laugh.

I'm new to thongs, one day my girlfriend and I were in Marshall's clothing store and I saw one and decided to give it a try. Just an impulse buy, but I tried it on and it was amazing. The package said it was a jockstrap, but the picture on the back showed it had a thong back. It's made by RIPS and it's really supportive, keeps everything lifted up and in it's nice pouch. Recommend it to all guys, but I still haven't let anybody see me in it, not even the gf.

Great story anonymous! Welcome to thongs. I know exactly what pair you're talking about. They actually are technically a jockstrap (they're called y-back jocks) but it is very much like a thong in look and feel. To make it technically a thong though, there would have to be fabric between the two strings that connect to the waistband. I agree though, they are really comfortable. I'm sad that RIPS is no longer manufacturing.

Good luck with showing it off to your girl! I'm sure she'll love it.

pretty cool site, just stumbled onto it. know what you mean about the rips thong you guys, its a shame they don't make it anymore. got a few myself, love em.

Those rips (jocks) are comfy for first timers on thongs. There are other y-backs thongs just like. I like clever and timoteo sprinter thongs there comfortable and enough waist band that u don't have to be as scared of showing off a little but not too much!
