Do not trust this company!! I had ordered a pair of boxer shorts over 2 months ago and i am still waiting!! I emailed them numerous times and had no reply... doggey company!
They took my money and i can't even get a refund as they are not replying to my emails.
STAY AWAY!

I agree, this company is totally unreliable. I have not recieved my order and they don´t reply to e-mails.
Be careful with this company. The owner, Jerome Raffin, is an arrogant and unreliable person. You can´t be sure to recieve the items you order. I got my money back but after a lot of trouble !!!
I have not actually ordered from this company, but all my interactions with the owner have been good and prompt. I'm sorry that all of you are having so much trouble.
I'm actually the new owner of Underwear-Addict.com. The old owners were having issues with shipping. I'm not selling underwear but rather offering great underwear articles for the enthusiast. However, we may look into offering underwear products in the future. Although we can not rectify past wrong doings, we assure you that it is under new management and have nothing less then honorable intentions.
